Dr. Carrie Bolen
Optometrist
Dr. Carrie Bolen received her Bachelor of Science from The University of Texas at Austin in 2012. She graduated Summa Cum Laude with her Doctor of Optometry degree from The University of Houston College of Optometry in 2017. During her time at UHCO, Dr. Bolen was awarded two clinical letters of excellence and was a member of the Beta Sigma Kappa optometric honor society.
Dr. Bolen started her career as an intern at Signature Eye Care and has been a part of the SEC family ever since. She enjoys the opportunity to build relationships with her patients and strives to provide them with the same compassionate care she would extend to a close friend or family member.
Dr. Bolen graduated from the Leadership Cedar Park program, where she enjoyed becoming more familiar with the beautiful community of Cedar Park. She is originally from Sugar Land, Texas, a suburb of Houston. Dr. Bolen loves to spend her free time with her husband, Allen, and her cocker spaniel, Toby. She also enjoys reading thrillers, traveling with family, and watching as much Harry Potter as she can!
Dr. Bolen is currently licensed to practice therapeutic optometry and is certified as an Optometric Glaucoma Specialist. She is a member of the American Optometric Association and the Texas Optometric Association.
