Dr. Jennifer Thai
Optometrist
Dr. Jennifer Thai graduated from The University of Texas at Austin with a Bachelor of Business Administration. She went on to complete her Doctorate at The University of Houston College of Optometry. Upon graduation, Dr. Thai worked in south Austin for five years before joining the Signature Eye Care team.
Dr. Thai is originally from Sugar Land, Texas, a suburb of Houston. In her free time, she enjoys cooking, traveling, and spending time with her husband, Tim. Her current bucket list travel destinations include Banff, Italy, Korea, and Japan.
While in Austin, you can find Dr. Thai scouting out new restaurants, exploring the outdoor scene, and playing tennis or pickleball. Although she currently doesn’t have any pets, Dr. Thai loves dogs and hopes to adopt one someday in the future. She also loves a good Friends reference… could she BE any dorkier?
Dr. Thai feels very fortunate to work alongside her colleagues and staff at Signature Eye Care to provide patients with exceptional, personable eye care. One of her favorite things about optometry is building relationships and connecting with her patients, all while helping them to see better.
Dr. Thai is currently licensed as a Therapeutic Optometrist and as an Optometric Glaucoma Specialist. She is a member of the Texas Optometric Association and the American Optometric Association.
